Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs all work according to OSHA and H&K Safety policies
- Set-up jobs using digitized media on a thumb drive
- Set-up jobs with proper registration, hoop, digitized image, and thread
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion Conduct routine basic cleaning and maintenance on machinery
- Keep area clean and organized
- Clean and prepare final jobs for client
- Count jobs, incoming, print and out going against orders
- Write up jobs as needed
- Stay on top of orders and follow up with vendor on pending pieces
- Discuss production status on each order in daily status meeting
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills, Education, and Experience
- Experience with industrial Tajima 4-head machine or similar
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet customer deadlines
- Ability to take initiative
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
- Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
- High school diploma or equivalent (such as the GED) from an accredited educational institution
- Experience with manual and/or automated screen-printing processes and equipment

- Regularly reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, climb, or balance
- Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Vision abilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Frequently exposed to:
- Moving parts
- Fumes or airborne particles
- Toxic or caustic chemicals
- Wet and/or humid conditions
- Noise level is occasionally loud
