Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Unify and re-engineer our paid and organic social media teams to foster a comprehensive strategy that enhances engagement, overall performance, and business outcomes.
- Influencer Marketing : Lead initiatives for influencer discovery, contracting, and talent management to form authentic partnerships that enhance our clients' brand visibility and foster connections with target audiences.
- Social Listening : Deploy social listening tools to identify trends and insights, shaping creative development that resonates with audience preferences under the mantra : Compel, Not Tell.
- Content Collaboration : Work closely with production, account, and planning teams to integrate user-generated content and transform insights into compelling social media creative across various formats.
- Campaign Management : Design and oversee media plans for paid social campaigns across key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
- Performance Analysis : Continuously monitor and assess campaign performance and provide actionable insights to enhance results, sharing these with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Client & Partner Relations : Build and nurture relationships with clients, internal teams, influencer partners, and vendors, ensuring a seamless collaborative experience.
- Team Development : Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering an atmosphere of growth, creativity, and operational excellence.
- Innovation & Trends : Stay updated on market trends, social platform updates, and cutting-edge tools to keep our agency at the forefront of the industry.
- Cross-Channel Synergy : Collaborate with search and programmatic teams to find synergies and align strategies for holistic campaign optimization.
- Budget Oversight : Manage campaign budgets with a focus on efficiency and maximizing ROI.
- New Business Development : Contribute to the agency's growth through support in new business pitches and proposals as required.

Compensation : For applicants in the SF Bay Area, H / L offers a salary range from $95,000 to $125,000 per year. Final compensation will align with the job's scope, candidate qualifications, budget availability, and market pay rates.
