Requirements

• Independent operation of backhoe, grout machine, front end loader, skidsteer, core drill, and other equipment as needed
• Must have valid U.S. driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
• Must pass background check
• Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in backhoe, grout machine, and/or core drill operating.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the trade.

Expected 40 or more hours/week. Shifts may vary every few months based on current project.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
