Requirements
- Independent operation of backhoe, grout machine, front end loader, skidsteer, core drill, and other equipment as needed
- Must have valid U.S. driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
- Must pass background check
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in backhoe, grout machine, and/or core drill operating.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the trade.
Expected 40 or more hours/week. Shifts may vary every few months based on current project.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

- Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
