We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for managing inquiries related to shipping, logistics, and supply chain operations. Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding shipping and receiving processes.
- Assist customers with tracking shipments and resolving any issues related to freight logistics.
- Utilize GPS and AS400 systems to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze supply chain challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in SyteLine software.
- Provide support for third-party logistics (3PL) operations as needed.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Skills
- Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes, including familiarity with logistics terminology.
- Experience using phone systems effectively to manage customer calls.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for process improvements.
- Familiarity with freight operations and related documentation.
- Previous experience with SyteLine or AS400 systems is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
