Job Summary: Enters data into ERP system and develops reports and assessments from data. Communicates status of orders to Program Managers while analyzing customer contract orders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works closely with Program Managers so they can effectively communicate to customers the status of contract orders.
- Receives and reviews contract orders from customers and analyzes orders for possible schedule or production issues; performs analysis on production schedules to ensure compliance with customer contracts.
- Develops and provides informational reports and analysis to other departments for use with capacity and resource planning.
- Reviews purchase orders to ensure quantity, price, and delivery dates are acceptable to quote.
- Proposes resolutions to challenges within written contracts or purchase orders and presents proposals to program managers.
- Provides requested data to managers.
- Coordinates operations with Integrated Production and Program Management teams.
- Maintains files and records for each of the supported customers.
- Enters and performs maintenance on customer order records with ERP system.
- Reviews reports to ensure timely shipment of product on hand.
NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Remains current on the progress of customer orders and serves as project manager when necessary or helpful.
- Creates and submits Data Assessments for supported customers.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Minimum of 1 year previous contracts administration or supply chain experience required.
- Prior MRP or ERP system experience required.
- Ability to apply basic math, including adding and subtracting.
- Ability to communicate verbally in one-on-one situations with management and co-workers; listen to others without interrupting and get clarification when needed.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy.
