Bulk Sales Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bulk Sales Coordinator at H Mart. In this role, you will be responsible for processing bulk sales orders efficiently and accurately, while ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process bulk sales orders with precision and speed, maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and customer information.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments, including sales, logistics, and finance, to facilitate the timely fulfillment of bulk orders.
• Communicate effectively with clients to confirm order details, provide updates on order status, and address any inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to support informed decision-making.
• Maintain inventory levels in check by collaborating with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock availability for bulk orders.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements that drive business growth.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed to ensure seamless operations.
