Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Analyze and monitor architectural and engineering drawings/documentation
Conduct on-site visits to assess and evaluate site conditions and constraints for upcoming projects
Identify the required types of materials/products and perform precise quantity calculations for procurement process
Scrutinize and facilitate the coordination of permit and bidding sets
Skillfully prepare construction bidding packages
Process project-related payments, encompassing outsourced professional services and general contractors
Compile and produce refrigeration and equipment packages with attention to detail
Draft preliminary CAD drawings and millwork detail drawings
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
2-5 years of full-time experience in AEC industries
Eligibility for legal employment in the US
Expertise in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
Proficiency in utilizing project management software and tools
Ability to manage a project schedule and documents from design through construction
Fluent in English, both in verbal and written form
Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
