Responsibilities, but not limited to:
l Process and follow up with the stores’ facility related requests.
l Correspond and communicate with vendors’ facility management needs.
l Process invoices and payments to vendors.
l Process draft reports for different projects.
l Visit regional stores periodically to check and follow up with store requests.
l Support opening of new stores.
l Handle schedules of maintenance employees.
Job Qualifications:
l Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
l Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
l Good communication skills to negotiate with vendors and speak with store managers
l Related experience preferred
