Position Description :
This role will work cross-functionally with internal departments, organizations / associations, media, etc. We are looking for a Marketing Associate / Coordinator with a knowledge base in the marketing field, who can easily adapt to a multi-functional marketing atmosphere and understand customers' needs.
Responsibilities, but not limited to :
- Support customer service / relationship platforms, email, phone, etc. to coordinate customer service-related issues with internal departments and understand customers' needs.
- Coordinate various marketing materials (digital signage, posters, SNS promotions, banners, etc.) for store promotions and sales.
- Support membership-related procedures and duties.
- Assist with media contracts and related relationships.
- Support grand opening events and related work arrangements.
- Assist with press releases and other articles for brand marketing.
