What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Operator position at H Mart?
About this Job:
H Mart distribution center is the hub of our entire products distribution. It distributes products to each stores within the regional coverage. The day shift employees will conduct a pick & pack process as well as receiving and stacking products.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
Review scheduled delivery timelines to ensure timely preparation
Execute the packaging, loading/unloading, and shipping operations
Guarantee accurate and proper checking, wrapping, and loading of all orders.
Ensure strict adherence to company safety guidelines and policies
Maintain comprehensive records of the delivery process, including timestamps, dates, quantities, and source/destination information
Operate forklift equipment as needed to fulfill job responsibilities
Qualifications / Skills:
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, including items weighing up to 50+ lbs
Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with internet usage and Microsoft Office products
Bilingual proficiency in Korean/English or Spanish is preferred
Forklift operation skills are required
