Legal Counsel

A Nationwide litigation finance fund is looking to expand its team in Orlando after a successful 2024. You will be joining a highly reputable company and work with highly autonomous team.

They are focusing on hiring an attorney experienced in commercial or fiduciary litigation who is looking to move in house where you will work on on a range of services from commercial dispute funding, portfolio financing and more.

Responsibilities

• 2 years litigation experience in-house or in private practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research and writing skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects

Qualifications

• Admitted to Florida bar
• J.D. from an ABA-approved law school
• Strong Academic credentials
