The candidate will be part of a lean value creation team for the firm's portfolio companies, working on creating value and operationally improving software and growth technology companies, .

Responsibilities:
- Operational Optimization – Drive efficiency, cost savings, and margin expansion across portfolio companies.
- Growth Strategy – Support go-to-market, pricing, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Financial & KPI Analysis – Monitor performance metrics, improve profitability, and enhance working capital.
- M&A & Integration – Assist in post-merger integration and operational due diligence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with management teams, PE partners, and advisors to execute value creation plans.
- Financial Modeling – Build and refine operating models to track portfolio company performance.

Requirements:
- 2-4 years experience in tech / software value creation and operational improvements at a consultancy or private equity firm.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
