They are expanding their presence and looking for Senior Quantitative Traders with expertise in HFT/UHFT strategies to join their New York office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy fully automated, ultra-low-latency trading strategies with microsecond to nanosecond execution speeds.
- Optimise execution algorithms for maximum speed and efficiency.
- Leverage statistical arbitrage, market-making, and liquidity-taking strategies in high-frequency environments.
- Continuously analyse and enhance trading performance using real-time market data and advanced quantitative models.
- Collaborate with engineers to fine-tune low-latency trading infrastructure.
- Rigorously back-test and simulate strategies on the proprietary research and execution platform.
- Deploy trading strategies across global exchanges, monitoring risk exposure and market impact in real-time.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in high-frequency (HFT) and ultra-high-frequency (UHFT) trading.
- Consistent PnL track record with exceptional Sharpe ratios.
- Very strong background in any of the following asset classes: Equities, Futures, or Options.
- Strong low-level programming experience in C or C.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or MATLAB.
- Deep understanding of market microstructure and order flow dynamics.
