We are currently assisting a prominent client in the region who is seeking to expand its legal department.
The team is rapidly growing and, as a result, they are looking to hire multiple in-house counsels to enhance their legal capabilities.
For this specific position, we are seeking a commercial counsel to provide guidance on a range of matters.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 8-15 years of professional experience at major law firm or industry.
- Bacherlor's Degree and JD Degree
- Ideal experience dealing with commercial contracts
- Exposure to the construction/real estate sector ideal but not mandatory
- Exposure to other practices ideal but not necessary; employment law, litigation, IT Law.
