Position: Relay Supervisor
Reports to: Production Manager
Location: On site 2000 West Main St. Louisville, OH 44641
H-P Products, Inc. (Engineered Tube Bends Division), a premier manufacturer for industrial tube fabrications, is seeking a full-time Relay Supervisor.

Your Challenge:
- Take care of our people with demonstrated leadership in safety, active listening and feedback.
- Plan and manage the day-to-day allocation of resources (equipment, people, materials, and systems) to, safely, efficiently and cost effectively achieve performance targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members to meet current and future business requirements as well as personal development goals.
- Maintain a safe environment and safety practices in all business initiatives by evaluating processes, continuous improvement projects and embracing the safety culture.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment by regularly meeting with employees, ensuring they have the tools to do their job and engaging in company events with our staff.
- Understand and adhere to internal and external regulations, procedures & policies.
- Manage daily production schedule, optimize productivity, address daily bottlenecks, and rectify daily quality and processing problems.
- Assists in implementation and maintaining of all manufacturing methods used by department, including ISO procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments and personnel to ensure efficient operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Your Expertise:
- Ability to demonstrate safety practices
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience
- Understanding of production processes
- Microsoft office experience including outlook, word, excel, and teams.
- Ability to evaluate problems and resolve efficiently.
- Ability to communicate and engage employees, both verbal and in writing.
