Job Description:
We are looking for Unarmed Security Officers to provide professional protective services while ensuring a secure and welcoming environment. Officers will perform key functions to maintain safety and uphold customer service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
- Interact professionally with the public, employees, and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies.
- Maintain detailed incident reports and document security activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Ohio Guard License.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- CPR Certification is required.
- Knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid ID.
- Minimum of one year of security experience preferred.
- Ability to engage with people positively and provide excellent customer service.
