We are seeking an experienced Diesel Equipment Mechanic to join our team at H&R Agri-Power. In this role, you will be responsible for performing mid-level and advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on farm equipment to meet customer satisfaction.
About the Job
- Determine the extent of repairs necessary by analyzing technical manuals, schematics, and procedures.
- Analyze and comprehend complex technical information to diagnose issues with diesel engines, hydraulics, AC systems, electrical systems, and suspension systems.
- Perform periodic maintenance tasks such as lubrication, fluid checks, and replacement of parts to ensure equipment remains in optimal condition.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience navigating a computer and 3 years of experience as a Diesel/Heavy Equipment Tech is preferred.
- Ability to clearly communicate in written and verbal forms with coworkers and customers.
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
