About the Role
H&R Agri-Power is seeking a highly skilled Farm Machinery Repair Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work with cutting-edge agricultural equipment and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of farm equipment to identify mechanical defects.
- Analyze complex technical data, including manuals, schematics, and procedures, to determine the extent of repairs necessary.
- Repair and/or replace components of diesel engines' hydraulics, AC systems, electrical and suspension systems, drive trains, steering, material handling, and operator comfort systems.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner, with minimal supervision.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Diesel/Heavy Equipment Technician.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to apply logic and critical thinking to solve complex problems.
- Possession of advanced mechanical knowledge and skills.
