Education:- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
- 10 years Minimum related work experience
- Ability to work with external vendors.
- Successful multi-tasker experienced working with tight deadlines and competing demands.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence others across the organization
- Experience developing and managing a significant department budget.
- Experience with cost benefit analysis in preparing/reviewing business cases.
- Ability to guide groups toward a vision and identify/develop solutions.
- Ability to translate business strategy into program strategy
- People management experience with the ability to effectively lead through change.
- Significant experience in area of expertise and/or product/program management experience , typically 10 years with increasing levels of responsibility.
- 10 years People management experience.
