Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
Work Experience:
- 10 years Minimum related work experience
- Understanding of the dynamics of franchise owner/company owned environment.
- Ability to make independent decisions; assume complete responsibility for his/her work and decisions.
- Experience in developing, and executing on, short-term and long-range strategic plans.
- Experience in a retail or similar work environment is required. Multi-unit is a plus.
- Effective math and analytical skills.
- P&L ownership, including the ability to increase profitability and to develop, analyze, and manage budgets.
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills, public relations skills, and detail-oriented.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop associates.
- Knowledge of a district or regional operations sufficient to select, train and direct the activities of the district and regional office staff and to make effective operating decisions.
- Four years as a District Manager or equivalent.
