- Handle office management duties including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing files.
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide clerical support such as typing correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or clerical role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
