Join H&R Block as a Tax Professional
We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Tax Professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools, preparing complete and accurate tax returns, generating business growth, increasing client retention, and offering additional products and services.
About the Role
- This is a seasonal position that requires working a minimum of 25-35 hours weekly throughout tax season and up to 40 hours during peak weeks.
- You will have the support of our expert team dedicated to providing the tax training necessary for your success.
What You'll Bring
- A high school diploma or equivalent or higher.
- Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working with virtual tools video, phone, and chat.
- Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone, and in writing.
