What are the responsibilities and job description for the National Sales Manager position at H&S Autoshot?
This is a key leadership position, reporting to the President, that requires managing all aspects of Sales Management for Nu-Tec System and H&S Autoshot products. The individual will be responsible for direct relationships with national automotive tool & equipment distributors as well as major mobile tool accounts. The position requires an individual that can manage and support direct sales as well as indirect independent sales agency personnel
While Nu-Tec Systems mobile accounts require direct sales contact and branded product support, the H&S independent sales organization must be supported to promote H&S field product sales. These organizations need to be directed and evaluated by performance in their respective market territories. Training and additional tools required for their success need to be identified and acted upon. In addition to managing the field reps, this position is responsible for all automotive aftermarket distributor accounts including managing the relationship and marketing promotions of products within the national distributor organizations. North American industry trade show management and evaluation is required.
This position requires a person who is very committed to the quality of the company brands, demands that same commitment from all sales team members and establishes a “whatever-it-takes” attitude to getting the job done. The overall goal of this position is to increase sales volume with new products while maintaining high customer satisfaction and sales levels on traditional products.
Requirements:
Maintain business relationships with national mobile tool accounts focused on targeted growth strategies.
Manage and support rep agency territory sales, growth trends and field personnel.
Manage and maintain relationships with national tool distributors focused on targeted growth strategies.
Direct website, social media, product videos, catalog and internet influencer programs.
Manage standard price structure (list & MAP) and distributor sales procedures.
Initiate hands-on field training and make joint calls with representatives to key accounts.
Manage and attend trade shows / industry meetings to identify opportunities and promotions.
Attributes:
Possess the ability to demonstrate and train on all company products
Experience in the collision repair and/or welding industry tool & equipment business
Good organizational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities.
Strong verbal and analytical skills. Strong presenter with Teams, Zoom & PowerPoint presentations
Capable of frequent overnight travel with “road warrior” experience and personality for shows and demonstrations.
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
