📝 Position Summary

We are looking for a driven, hands-on Store Manager to lead our Chevron Power Market team in Fair Oaks. You’ll be responsible for daily operations, team development, inventory control, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• 👥 Lead and motivate a team of CSRs and Assistant Managers
• 💼 Handle scheduling, staffing, and performance management
• 📦 Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• 💰 Monitor sales, shrink, and cash handling procedures
• 🧽 Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with safety standards
• 😀 Foster a positive customer experience and resolve issues quickly
  
  

✅ Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience preferred
• Must be 18 years old
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
