Industry leaving and rapidly growing solar and battery Developer, Owner Operator and EPC is actively recruiting a Civil Engineer to join the team! This is an immediate opening working in Durham, NC or remote could be an option for a qualified candidate.
Compensation : $90k-$120k Bonus Full Benefits (relocation assistance available)
Scope of Responsibilities :
The Civil Engineer is responsible for management of analysis, development and permitting of ground mount utility scale solar farms. Additional Responsibilities include :
- Manage designers and engineers to develop and evaluate site constraint analysis, including zoning, topography, environmental, soils
- Coordination and supervision of civil, environmental and survey services by Consultants, including development of scopes of services, contract management, and invoice review
- Manage project schedule and budgets
- Responsible for project compliance with all applicable AHJ requirements
- Engineer-of-Record for soil erosion & sediment control and stormwater plans, details and calculations for permit submittal to AHJ
- Direct Civil Designers and Engineers to prepare and revise site / civil plans and calculations
- Prepare revisions and responses to AHJ comments
