Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Lead and manage all phases of high voltage construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Construction Operations:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Monitor construction progress and identify potential problems.
• Manage material procurement and logistics.
• Technical Expertise:
• Must have construction knowledge and hands-on experience completing transmission and distribution substation projects from start to finish.
• Possess a strong understanding of high voltage electrical systems and construction practices.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and subcontractors.
• Ensure the quality of workmanship meets industry standards.
• Client Interaction:
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in high voltage electrical construction.

• Proficiency in the installation, testing, acceptance, and maintenance of high voltage cables and equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical drawings, sketches, and prints.
• Familiarity with underground duct banks, trenching, manholes, and vaults.
• Understanding of SCADA systems used in the power industry.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
