- Construction Operations:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Monitor construction progress and identify potential problems.

- Technical Expertise:
- Must have construction knowledge and hands-on experience completing transmission and distribution substation projects from start to finish.
