Position Overview:
- Business Title: Solar PV O&M Technician

- Pay: $35.00 - $51.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Operations: Perform corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance for solar PV systems and related equipment.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all work adheres to Environmental and Safety standards.
- Training: Participate in various training programs (On-the-Job Training, Self-Study, etc.).
- Teamwork & Independence: Work both independently and as part of a team.
- Travel: Occasional travel required.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in power plants, PV Solar O&M/EPC, or related fields (field experience in I&E, I&C, or C&I Electrician will be considered).
- Skills:
- Understanding of electrical or mechanical fundamentals.
- Knowledge of safety standards.
- Ability to operate business software.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours (including overtime).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: 2-year technical degree or Journeyman certification/qualification.
