Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Content Execution
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media, email, and SEO-driven platforms
- Write, edit, and publish blogs, website copy, and email marketing campaigns
- Implement SEO strategies (keyword research, on-page optimization) to keep content visible and high-ranking
- Design, automate, and track email marketing campaigns
Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Planning, creating and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Monitor ad performance and tweak strategies to improve ROI (because we love a good conversion rate!)
- Work alongside designers to create eye-catching ad creatives
Client & Project Management
- Juggle multiple client projects with ease
- Keep clients in the loop with updates, strategy discussions, and reporting
- Collaborate with our team of designers, developers, and content creators to execute innovative marketing plans
Analytics & Reporting
- Track website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates using Google Analytics
- Create and analyze Google Looker Studio Dashboards
- Utilize AI tools to enhance campaign performance and data tracking
- Provide performance insights for social media, email, and paid ad campaigns
- Use data to refine marketing strategies—because great marketing is all about testing & tweaking!
Brand & Content Strategy Support
- Research industry trends to keep marketing fresh, creative, and ahead of the curve
- Help craft brand messaging and positioning that truly stands out
- Support PR efforts, partnerships, and influencer outreach when needed

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, AI tools and email marketing and automation platforms
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Experience creating website landing pages and connecting marketing funnels
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Working knowledge and execution of SEO best practices
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and making data-backed recommendations
- Creating and updating design elements in Canva or Adobe Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications
