CABINET SALES REPRESENTATIVE : Masterbrand Cabinets Inc - Wichita Kansas
H&S Sales, a representative agency for Masterbrand Cabinets, has an immediate opening for a motivated and dynamic Cabinet Sales Representative to service the state of Kansas.
This position will represent Aristokraft, Midcontinent, Diamond, Starmark, Bertch and Ultracraft brands at Independent Dealers located in Kansas. Job responsibilities will include meeting sales goals and objectives set by sales managers, developing new accounts with local dealers, builders and contractors, servicing existing accounts with respect to training kitchen designers on product and design using 2020 software. Position will also require facilitating the resolution of issues concerning warranty, shipping or customer expectations of the product. Candidate must be able to handle him/herself well in sensitive situations in the field and be able resolve the issues in a professional manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen cabinet sales and design and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.
Duties
- Represent the business interests of Masterbrand Cabinets to all assigned customers in the assigned territory.
- Act as front line primary contact for dealers and builders by establishing and maintaining relationships with key executives, sales, and design personnel within the customers organization.
- Manage existing accounts and drive new sales and account growth in the territory.
- Research local markets to identify and target prospective dealers and builder accounts.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Engage with customers to assess their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain knowledge of current product offerings options, to provide informed recommendations.
- Job does require the ability to make minor cabinet repairs and adjustments and will require some minor lifting.
- Candidate will operate from their home office and travel on a daily basis. Employer will provide all necessary equipment, phones and internet services, and all supplies.
- Physical location is flexible but must be located in Kansas, preferably in Wichita or Kansas City area. This position will service the State of Kansas only.

Job Requirements:
- Outgoing driven personality with excellent interpersonal skills, and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- 3 years minimum experience in kitchen cabinet design and sales.
- Experience selling the Masterbrand portfolio of cabinetry is desired.
- Candidates must be proficient with 2020 Design software.
- Candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
