Job Description
Business Operation
- Assist current orders weekly demand based on historical data, market trends, and promotion plans.
- Generate and Support purchase orders accurately based on approved requisitions and specifications.
- Communicate with a warehouse team and support to meet warehouse demands
- Communicate with a marketing team to accomplish tasks
- Receive all purchase invoices and cross-check invoice details with purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Review incoming bills, invoices, and statements from vendors and suppliers and verify the accuracy
- Support the suitability of alternative items based on product specifications, functionality, and performance
Business Success
- Respond to Jira tickets to solve and define issues
- Create and manage user guides for E-Commerce team
- Communicate directly with solution providers to solve complex problems
- Optimize site functionality, navigation, and user experience to enhance conversion rates.
- Support sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
Customer Service
- Responding to customer support inquiries as quickly and accurately as possible via phone, chat and email.
- Assist customers with after-sales service issues
- Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client
- Manage, process, and track customer orders to ensure accuracy, and timely arrival of online orders (customer account management).
- Data entry/analysis and reporting to support Management team.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor's degree preferred HS/GED Required
- Preferred At least 2 years of experience in E-Commerce or grocery field.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and online applications.
- Ability to learn E Commerce Business knowledge and New Applications quickly
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in Korean and English
