What are the responsibilities and job description for the E-Commerce Specialist I position at H Service?
Positions:
- Plan online promotions, create promotion item list, and request the design banner to the design team.
- Analyze promotion result and item selling data to plan for the future marketing.
- Market trend research and SNS Posting.
- Handle advertisement request from inner/outer companies.
- Manage invoices from the vendors and carriers
- Create Purchase Order on company’s accounting system.
- Search and source products to sell on online channel.
- Monitor and decide item sales based on performance
- Control overstock and long-term inventory
- Manage the website display and check for any issues.
- Communicate with warehouse team and carriers to check on the daily delivery.
- Communicate with Supply Chain Management team on item inventory.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field preferred
- 1~2 years of experience with E-Commerce operations
- Must be bilingual in Korean and English
- Experience with E-commerce websites or platforms
- Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented in a fast paced environment
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
