Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across B2B channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and retail buyers.
- Collaborate with and support a national network of individual sales reps.
- Oversee forecasting to ensure product availability and proper inventory levels.
- Lead sales demonstrations and attend industry trade events to showcase products.
- Provide sales projections and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Recruit, train, and manage additional sales team members as the business grows.
- Foster new business relationships while strengthening existing partnerships.
