What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify potential clients through strategic outreach efforts, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough roof inspections (climbing ladders and walking on roofs is required).
- Present customized roofing solutions that address homeowners' unique needs and concerns.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by delivering top-notch customer service.
- Close sales and ensure all contracts and paperwork are accurately completed.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
What You Bring:
- Self-motivated, driven, and willing to work hard to succeed.
- Comfortable with physically demanding tasks like roof inspections.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel within your assigned territory.
- Previous experience in sales, construction, or roofing is a plus, but not required.
