Account Executive Job Description / Summary
As an Account Executive, you are a frontline representative of Seasons Best Landscaping. You must be thoroughly familiar with all aspects of commercial and/or residential landscaping to include sales, production, customer service, estimating, etc. The Account Executive oversees all interaction with the customer while keeping them informed as to all aspects of the landscaping process. The Account Executive makes the initial contact with the client, prepares and presents the proposal documents and contracts, completes the sale, interfaces with production and accounting personnel, and is the point of contact with subcontractors and vendors as required throughout the process. The Account Executive also conducts monthly walk-throughs with the client (frequency may vary depending on the account), resolves any issues discovered to the satisfaction of the client, and ensures all change orders/enhancements are billed properly.

Expert knowledge of landscape maintenance standards, knowledge of plant material and installation standards.
- Communicate effectively both written and verbal with co-workers and clients.
- Ability to be proficient in Aspire CRM with strong computer skills.

- Possess a valid drivers license and ability to be covered under insurance.
Physical Demands
- Team Member will work in both an office and field environment; travel from site to site in various weather conditions; including rain, snow, sun, extreme heat or cold.
- Team Member could be required to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time; operate motorized vehicles.
- Expected hours during the landscape season requiring flexibility to work between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm, including Saturdays to sell landscape services.
KPIs
- Enhancements and Contract sales to meet or exceed individual goal set by the Director of Sales
- Portfolio retention rate of 90% or greater
- Positive scores on client surveys
- Minimum of five (5) documented site visits per week
- Meeting attendance (1:1, weekly, Ops meetings) with a 90% attendance rating or greater
- Proficient with Aspire – using issues, tasks, activities, closing jobs, updating client information, etc. (usage reviewed during 1:1s and tracking by director)
