The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for working with the leaders of Hotel Swexan. They are responsible for supporting the marketing and revenue goals, executing effective marketing and promotional campaigns to increase traffic to all concepts within the Hotel Swexan.
Job Functions
- Work with the Hotel marketing team to develop comprehensive and highly effective marketing and public relations campaigns and promotions, maintaining the promotional calendar for the Hotel.
- Execute annual marketing and public relations plans with metric tracking focusing on core programming, holidays, private events, catering, sporting events and more.
- Facilitation of digital assets to agency of records, coordinate the development and distribution of marketing materials
- Content development - on-going promotional content to be used across social and digital channels to highlight unique concept offers
- Manage CRM database, exporting contacts from reservations, events and digital campaigns
- Manage project timelines and production of all Hotel F&B Outlet materials and branding including but not limited to menu management, menu covers, in-store signage, promotional materials, and coordinate print production
- Monitor online presence for brand including website updates, page audits, land page creation, listing management for the Hotel and all F&B concepts
- Review management – respond to all positive and negative online reviews with monthly reporting and action plans
- Collaborate with Content Creator, Revenue Management and Sales Team developing ongoing promotions
- Attend bi-weekly marketing meeting and present department updates and projects
- Work with internal teams to produce ongoing and up to date marketing materials as needed

Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications with 2 years’ experience within Hotel or Hospitality industries.
- Wordpress experience, strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Very well organized with strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive and motivated individual
- Ability to remain calm in the face of adversity and high stress environment
