An overview of this position entails...Under intermittent supervision, this journey-tech level position is responsible for the overall administration, customization, optimization, stability, and security of enterprise business systems and services. This position holds primary responsibility for specifically assigned business systems and will cross-train as backup for remaining business systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Holds primary responsibility for managing and administering business systems and system
management tools, both on-premise and in the cloud.
2. Systems supported include but are not limited to : Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Long-Term
Post-Acute care (LTPAC); Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) : accounting, financial reporting,
purchasing, asset management, expense reporting, etc.; Human Capital Management (HCM) and
Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS); Care Coordination and Case Management; Point of sale
- POS); Microsoft Office, Access, Visio, Project, etc.; Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, Forms, Flow etc.;
Video conferencing and Learning Management System (LMS) platforms; Security Awareness Training
and Testing, Business Intelligence : query building, report writing, data warehouse
monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of operational issues; process engineering, system
optimization & performance; application system access management; database and system
updates / maintenance; system integration (internal & external); change control, testing, quality
documentation of system configuration, operating procedures, service records, etc.
4. Provides technical guidance, training, and recommendations in areas of specialty / expertise. This
position does not supervise others.
5. Analyzes business processes to determine needs and identify changes or improvements to
functionality and efficiencies of processes. Documents business requirements and process flows.
Researches, designs and recommends technology solutions to meet business needs and coordinates
the development and implementation of these solutions.
6. Develops and delivers one-on-one and classroom system training related to use of computer and
application systems.
7. Creates, modifies and supports in-house developed applications, system integrations, scripts, and
reports using tools such as SQL, APIs, PowerShell, PowerBI, other Power Platform tools, etc.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor Degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management or related field and three years of related
experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
