Software engineer

H&W is seeking a software developer with extensive experience and deep knowledge of the IBM mainframe environment. This person will assist in maintaining and improving our mainframe products. They will support customers by answering questions and troubleshooting issues. In addition, there will be knowledge sharing with other team members with the goal of building a stronger, more diverse knowledge pool. Developers participate in an on-call rotation which provides 24 / 7 customer support and report to the CTO.Our core values of Excellence in Customer Service, Pride in Our Work, and Overall Work-Life Balance drive our casual culture at H&W. Our business hours are from 7 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm MST. Our employees work flexible hours, with core hours from 10 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm.
