Responsibilities:
- Prepare and estimate bids
- Project management with superintendents
- Coordinate material delivery with suppliers
- Schedule subcontractors
- Complete utility locates
- Read, review and interpret plans and project specifications
- Assist with job costs and claims
- Administer change orders and progress payments
- Other administrative duties, as required
- Some daily travel required
Qualifications:
- Three or more years of project management experience with a heavy highway or underground construction company
- Excellent English skills, both oral and written
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
