Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in inside sales, remodeling, and renovation projects. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively. As a Consultant, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on product selections, assisting with stock management, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Duties

• Provide expert advice to clients regarding remodeling and renovation projects.
• Assist customers in selecting products that best fit their needs and preferences.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is organized and accessible.
• Conduct inside sales activities to promote products and services effectively.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices in remodeling.

Skills

• Proven experience in inside sales with a focus on customer service.
• Knowledge of remodeling processes and renovation techniques is preferred.
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures and experience using cash registers.
• Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing stock efficiently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
