Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates, analyze project documents, and develop competitive bids. Collaborate with teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
Analyze plans and specs to create detailed cost estimates.
Obtain and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
Prepare bids and value engineering solutions.
Maintain accurate documentation and cost records.
Coordinate with project teams to meet budgets and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
3 years in commercial construction estimating.
Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $105,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
