Rate Range : $96 / hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)
Work Authorization : GC, USC, All valid EADs except H1b
Must-Haves :
Experience with ShareGate and Microsoft Migration tools (e.g., Mover.io).Security-first mindset, including expertise in :Designing, maintaining, and optimizing permission models.
On-premises data gateways, custom connectors for structured and unstructured services.Proficiency with scripting languages like M, Power FX, and PowerShell.Additional Requirements :
5 years of progressive experience in IT-related roles.5 years of demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and integrating enterprise-level messaging and collaboration technologies.3 years of experience managing large IT initiatives or projects.3 years directing suppliers in outsourced environments.Experience with migration, consolidation, and optimization of Google Workspace / G-Suite, Box, and other collaboration platforms, including complex APIs, into Microsoft-based toolsets.Proficiency with SkySync / DryvIQ (or similar migration tools).Migration experience with Box custom apps to M365 Azure Graph API.Knowledge of Box custom apps, published apps, and the Box app model.Experience with SSO integrations and Azure AD.Expertise in SharePoint and OneDrive sites, including their permission models.Proven ability to execute complex migrations of Google Workspace Drive, Gmail, and Calendars for 100 users.Migration experience from Google GCP Projects to M365 Azure Graph API.Understanding of Google GCP Projects, API permissions, and domain-wide delegation models.A closely related 4-year STEM degree.Role Description :
The Enterprise Technology team drives technology strategy, engineering, and operations, with services spanning platform engineering, web operations, and digital experiences. Responsibilities include content management systems, E-commerce, video distribution, workplace productivity tools, and user-facing systems such as remote access and mobility endpoint services.
As a key member of the Digital Experience (DX) Engineering team, the candidate will focus on designing, integrating, and sustaining DX solutions across the enterprise. This role involves technical leadership and responsibility for engineering, configuration, and documentation of new or upgraded DX applications and platforms.
Core Responsibilities :
Evaluate, design, integrate, and sustain DX solutions.Coordinate deliverables for technical design and project integration.Provide technical leadership in the engineering process, including solution evaluation, testing, and documentation.Align solutions with Enterprise Technology strategies.Lead the design and integration of Power BI and Power Platform services.Oversee timelines and resources for engineering activities, ensuring requirements are met.Develop and implement solutions to enhance solution architecture and support capabilities.Build strong vendor and supplier relationships.Preferred Qualifications :
