H2 Health is seeking a dedicated and versatile Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) / Licensed Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join our team in Princeton, WV. What You'll Do:
- Provide top-quality physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Deliver athletic training services to local high school and collegiate athletic teams and community sports programs.
- Assist in developing and implementing injury prevention programs and rehabilitation protocols.
- Participate in community engagement events and build strong relationships with local organizations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
What You’ll Need:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant and/or Athletic Trainer program.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Active or eligible state license to practice as a PTA in West Virginia.
- Licensed Athletic Trainer in the State of West Virginia.
- Current certification by the Board of Certification for Athletic Training (ATC).
- Experience: Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!
- Ability to work independently and comfortably in clinical and community settings.
- Must pass required background checks.
