H2 Health is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team serving senior communities in the Beaches or Mandarin area of Jacksonville, FL. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable evaluating and treating a geriatric caseload. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.
Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Experience: Prior experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, but not required. New grads welcome!
