H2 Lagoon Solutions is seeking a skilled and dedicated Aquatic Maintenance Technician to assist in the maintenance and operations of our 3 acre swimming lagoon. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and cleaning of the lagoon & its equipment and systems, as well as ensuring that the facility is kept clean and well-maintained.

Job Summary:
As an Aquatics Technician, you will be instrumental in maintaining the pristine condition of our lagoon around the clock. Your primary focus will be on cleaning and ensuring the overall health of the lagoon. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and a deep commitment to preserving the aquatic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of the artificial lagoon to assess water quality, clarity, and overall cleanliness.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks to remove debris, algae, and other contaminants from the lagoon's surface and bottom.
- Utilize specialized equipment such as vacuums, skimmers, and scrubbers to efficiently clean the lagoon.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the lagoon remains pristine at all times.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Must be able to swim proficiently to safely perform tasks within the lagoon.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in aquatic maintenance or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills to detect subtle changes in water quality.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks, lift equipment, and work in outdoor and aquatic environments.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report any issues or concerns.
- Passion for aquatic environments and a commitment to preserving their beauty.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to ensure continuous lagoon maintenance.
