We are seeking a Mid-Level Software Developer to support the Naval Sea Logistics Center (NAVSEALOGCEN) in all aspects of Software Development and Maintenance.
The ideal candidate will provide software or system code modification, testing, analysis, and design, as well as defining requirements and deploying software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Modification of software or system code
- Testing software or systems
- Analyzing and/or designing software or systems
- Defining software or system requirements
- Deploying software or systems
- Development and maintenance of system documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum three years' experience in IT Software Development, including designing and developing database-driven applications
- IAT II certification (Security CE, CySA , GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, CND, or CCNA Security)
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with modern software development methodologies (Agile, DEVOPS/DEVSECOPS)
- Agile Developer certification or Certified Scrum Developer certification
Clearance Requirements:
- Active Secret security clearance at time of application
