The Role
In this brand-new VP Finance & Accounting position, you will be responsible for taking ownership of an existing finance team (6 Heads) and will be charged with professionally and efficiently taking ownership of, and the delivery of, their Finance strategy into 2025 and beyond.
You will report directly to the CEO and will be hands-on across all commercial finance activities, including and not limited to: AR, AP, Expense Management, Consolidation of Global Accounts, Capital Table and Stock Option Programs, Accurate Budgeting and Forecasting, etc
The Candidate
We are keen to speak to experienced, hands-on Finance Leaders who are knocking on the door of a CFO role and want a position that will progress in that direction as the business continues to scale.
You will be based in the Massachusetts area and be able to work in a hybrid capacity from our client’s Boston office and remotely.
Naturally, we expect candidates with a high attention to detail, experience of working in a technology environment – ideally in a SaaS or recurring revenue business model, and experience in high growth in an operation around $10-50m turnover.
The Package
On offer for a new VP Finance is a competitive based salary in the region of $150,000 – $170,000, an annual bonus providing an additional $50,000 per annum based on personal and company EBITDA performance.
