The company is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of integrated electronic security systems, real-time location systems, and other ancillary systems for the corrections industry.
We are currently seeking a qualified Project Executive with the ability to oversee the projects, both small- and large-scale, from point of contract award to final acceptance by customer, in a multiple project environment. This position reports directly to the President.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee project portfolio and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Supervise, guide, and mentor project managers and other team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Engage with high-level stakeholders, including Executives and Customers, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
- Provide oversight for project estimating to improve presales activities continually.
- Develop long-term project plans and make high-level decisions that impact the success of projects.
- Allocate resources across projects, ensuring optimal use of personnel, budget, and materials.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed not to impact project success.
- Monitor the performance of projects and provide regular updates to Executive management.
- Ensure that all projects follow the quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Travel as necessary to attend high-level meetings and review project progress.
Qualifications
- Must be an articulate professional with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with managers, peers, customers, contractors, and consultants
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications including Project
- Must have good organizational skills
- Maintain a clear background and driving record
Education and Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a construction project management role and preferably 5 years in a senior role or management
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
