About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager for Production Design & Studio Services to lead our creative production design team for our In-House Agency (wellocreative.com). This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can drive automation, improve efficiency, and ensure brand consistency across all media types, all while maintaining the highest quality standards in a highly regulated industry. As a strategic leader, you will oversee production design operations, manage studio services, and implement automation tools and streamline workflows to enhance scalability, compliance, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, compliance, and technology—to deliver data-driven solutions that maximize efficiency and ensure regulatory adherence. In this role, you will: Manage and develop team of marketing professionals to implement a variety of customer-centric marketing programs or services, product management and development of digital initiatives for business groups or product lines Engage more experienced management in development of strategy to drive sales, profitability, market share and brand awareness Identify and develop data-guided marketing strategies and programs to drive new customer acquisition Integrate plans and programs across business channels or regions, develop appropriate tracking, measurement, evaluation and test and learn opportunities Make decisions and resolve issues regarding strategies to drive sales, profitability, market share and brand awareness Establish overall direction of E-business by setting goals in key areas of marketing to meet business objectives Interpret and develop legal, compliance, and privacy regulations and policies to ensure digital or marketing plans are executed effectively to attain business, sales and profitability Collaborate and consult with more experienced management Build and maintain vendor relationships Provide advice to other marketing areas, technology, customer care, organizational units and alliance partners to support achievement of overall product and website objectives Manage allocation of people and financial resources for marketing Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent Required Qualifications: 4 years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms, Social Media or E-business experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 2 years of Leadership experience Desired Qualifications: Candidate must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree or higher. Must have 4 years of experience in production design, studio services, or a related field, with 2 years in a leadership role. Expertise in design automation tools such as Figma automation plugins, Adobe Creative Suite scripting (e.g., Photoshop/Illustrator scripting), API-driven design solutions, or AI-based design platforms. Working knowledge on any of the current AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Dall – e, Gemini, Chat GPT, etc. Strong technical proficiency in automation software, creative operations tools, and workflow management systems. Proven ability to manage high-volume design production teams while maintaining quality and efficiency. Strong understanding of brand design principles and ability to enforce guidelines at scale. Excellent project management and leadership skills, with experience in resource planning and team development. Familiarity with generative AI, template-based design systems, and data-driven creative solutions is a plus. This role will be based in Taguig City, Philippines and will be in US shift hours. Job Expectations: Strategically lead, manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing production design team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and efficiency within the team. Identify, implement, and optimize automation and AI tools to enhance creative production. Ensure workflows are streamlined, scalable, and aligned with financial industry best practices. Maintain compliance with industry regulations while driving process efficiency. Oversee production design processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency. Ensure all marketing and communication assets adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure workflow efficiency and output quality. Partner with marketing, compliance, legal, and technology teams to align creative production with business and regulatory needs. Integrate automation tools that enhance approval processes while maintaining compliance. Stay up to date with automation, AI, and financial industry trends to enhance production workflows. Proactively implement emerging technologies to improve efficiency while maintaining security and compliance. Cultivate a forward-thinking approaches that balance quality and speed.
