About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Operations Representative. In this role, you will: Perform various operational tasks on complex securities that require general knowledge of unit functions and systems Support securities operations Identify ways to improve the overall process Perform moderately complex duties such as processing, researching inquires and reconciling transactions Review time sensitive documents Receive direction from supervisor and coordinate situations involving other departments Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Interact with internal customers Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications: 2 years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: At least completed 2nd year in college all units or Graduate of Bachelor/Associate degree in any course Strong customer service experience (voice support) in the BPO/Contact Center (financial account) or Financial services industry Amenable to voice support role (inbound and outbound calls) Preferred background in Securities Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education (e.g trade processing, trade booking, brokerage services, derivatives, fixed income, etc) Wiling to work on permanent night shift schedule that follow US holidays Amenable to 100% onsite reporting in Five/Neo Building 31st Street Bonifacio Global Taguig City VOICE SUPPORT (Inbound): ACATS • Incoming and Outgoing ACAT status – This section is about providing status for the settlement date of the request and how long would they expect the transfer. Incoming and Outgoing ACAT reject – This section is about caller education on what is needed to be done to redo the transfer after being rejected. • Account Reactivation – This section is about providing an access to a Financial Advisor/Branch Manager for accounts that are in Z rep code (Account Restriction due to an Outgoing Transfer in process of FULL Outgoing transfer that has been processed) to obtain statement, facilitate trades, and or acquire temporary status for anything that they need to do on the account. • Incoming Procedure - Are usually walkthrough on how to submit a transfer request, check whether the assets that are being transferred are ACAT eligible and/or a product that is allowed to be received at Wells Fargo. Incoming Donor – inquiries regarding the delivering information of a gift. Non-ACAT Incoming and Outgoing Non-ACAT – This section is about ways to transfer assets manually. This is usually for assets that cannot be transferred via ACAT such as Annuity, Mutual Funds held at a non-ACAT company, and transfers that are coming from a non-ACAT eligible firm. Service Desk assists for questions such as status, reject reason, procedure, and paperwork requirements. Incoming Non-ACAT follow-up – This process is about taking information from the delivering firm regarding status of transfer and updating the account for information such as delivery date, additional documents needed, reject reason and/or incoming asset details. Once done, all information acquired will be placed in the scratchpad and/or send notification to the branch as needed. Contra Transfer Status – This section is about assisting inquiries from contra firm representatives though phone or e-mail support. Usual inquiries are Outgoing transfer status, residual sweep, timeframe, reject reason and transfer requirements.
