In this role, you will: Partner with group managers to design and implement strategic data to meet group or company goals Perform complex statistical analysis and applies analysis to initiatives that support business strategies Process broad based technical and business knowledge to anticipate emerging issues Recommend subsequent strategies and business directions Manage or participate on large cross group projects Make decisions on matters with some financial impact and risk Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Required Qualifications: 4 years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree holder, preferably business course - banking, accounting & finance or other related discipline 5 years of people management experience in: International Funds Transfer, SWIFT, Federal Reserve Wire Transfer Payments, Foreign Exchange Payments Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Knowledge on Message types SWIFT, FED WIRE, CHIPS, Pega and IntelliTRACS system an advantage Fluent in both verbal and written communication skills Proven management skills with ability to analyze issues and provide solution in a tactful manner Job Expectations: Ability to work independently and provide support on flexible hours/working days Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills Well organized, proactive, constructive and capable to motivate teamwork Transition/Process migration experience in a shared service environment Able to perform shift work (incl.
